Congratulations to Virginia Watson for completing her checkride and become one of the club’s newest Private Pilots. Virginia is retired school teacher that wanted to become the next best thing, a pilot. She had no prior experience in aviation but was this was something she wanted to do for a long time. We had some setbacks mainly due to taking time off when everything shut down last spring but she came back strong to finish her syllabus. Job well done. Instructor was Tony Cortese. Great job Virginia!
